Dr. Susan R. Madsen is an experienced trainer and consultant who specialize in leadership, business ethics, organizational and individual change, team building, communication skills, career development, and performance improvement. She is also an associate professor of management in the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University and also currently serves part-time as the assistant dean of faculty. She has also authored and published two leadership books and nearly 50 journal articles on her research and experiences. Susan has conducted three research studies in the UAE on leadership and learning and has presented hundreds of workshops, seminars, and speeches in the Middle East, China, Europe, and the United States on a variety of topics related to personal and professional learning and development.
